Dudley Council rolls out children’s social care system and early help module

1st December 2020

Dudley Council has taken the Liquidlogic Children’s Social Care system (LCS) and Early Help Module (EHM) live, following their recent implementation of the Liquidlogic Adults’ system (LAS). They are now able to facilitate team working on one integrated platform.

Speaking about the decision, Jon Duigenan, Children’s Project Manager at the council comments:

“Efficiency is crucial given the current challenges in social care and the Liquidlogic product means we now have an up to date web-based system that is intuitive, quick and easy to use. It can be updated to accommodate local processes promptly, saving time for the 800 users we have. I am really proud of the team at Dudley. Taking a new case management system live at the height of a pandemic is a challenge, but the time savings that we will see with Liquidlogic will enable our teams to focus on the most vulnerable. Liquidlogic has been very supportive in getting the system live to our timescales and together we have a good working partnership.”

Speaking about the go-live at Dudley Council, David Grigsby, Managing Director of Liquidlogic says:

“We are mindful that social care teams have been under tremendous pressure this year and delighted that by modernising their IT with Liquidlogic, Dudley will now be able to achieve new efficiencies and service improvements for both Adults’ and Children’s services.”
