On Secondary National Offer Day, Monday 2 March 2026, we supported customers in processing 58,932 applications for school places. This represents a 9.6% increase compared to last year, highlighting continued demand for efficient admissions management. After the positive results of the Secondary National Offer day, we’re delighted that Primary National Offer Day was also a success.

National Offer Days are significant milestones for families across the country. On these days, parents, carers and guardians find out which school has been allocated for their child for the upcoming academic year.

Primary Offer Day Performance

Primary National Offer Day (Thursday 16 April 2026) saw a similarly strong performance across our customer base.

  • 58,746 primary school applications processed.
  • 96% of applications were submitted via System C’s online portals.
  • 53,694 emails sent to families.
  • 8,212 letters produced in line with local authority policies.
  • 17 customers had fully completed their email communications within 40 minutes, with an average of 23 emails per second.

This consistent performance across both primary and secondary admissions highlights the resilience and scalability of our Education Case Management solution.
