We were honoured to sponsor the Frontline Award for ‘Young People’ at this year’s Frontline Awards, a celebration of social work.
The awards are a vital platform to help recognise the dedicated social workers who go above and beyond as well as the incredible young people who are using their experiences to drive change.
Sponsoring the Frontline Awards 2025
The Frontline Awards took place on 21st May 2025 in the beautiful surroundings of the Florence Hall at the Royal Institute of British Architects in London.
This year’s event brought together key figures from across the sector, including Janet Daby, Minister for Children and Families; Jess Phillips, Minister for Safeguarding; Helen Hayes, Chair of the Education Select Committee; and Olympian Fatima Whitbread. Their presence highlighted the importance of celebrating the people and stories that shape the future of social care.
We were thrilled to help shine a light on one of the evening’s most inspiring individuals: Chloe, one of this year’s award winners.
Chloe has been a member of the Care Leavers National Movement for three years and has already made a lasting impact. She successfully led a language reform initiative within Coventry’s local authority; Chloe also mentored eight care leavers by supporting their transition to independent living. Chloe is continuing to use her lived experience to advocate for systemic change around social work.
Chloe’s Reflection
Chloe shared:
“Winning a Frontline Award for Young People shows that everything I’m doing is not going unnoticed. It’s nice to get credit for something that’s been a work in progress for so many years.”
She also offered heartfelt advice to other young people:
“There’s always someone out there that can talk with you and can help you to speak up—you don’t have to go through things alone. I learnt to speak up with other people behind me, pushing me and giving me that confidence.”

Chloe received her award from Paula Ratican (right) System C’s Head of Delivery & Governance Social Care & Education and Gabby (left), a member of Frontline’s Young People’s Advisory Board and part of this year’s judging panel.
Here at System C, we are extremely proud to have played a part in recognising Chloe’s achievements and supporting the wider mission of the Frontline Awards.
It is through stories like Chloe’s which remind us of the importance of investing in young people and the professionals who support them.
