Emma Gee: Social Care & Education Product Manager, System C

Emma has 19 years of experience in the Local Government sector, across Adults’ and Children’s Social Care, having started her career at Tameside MBC. She joined System C in 2012, where she has been heavily involved in the development of our Social Care products. Emma is responsible for the Social Care product strategy, collaborating closely with customers to deliver enhancements and benefits that support Local Authorities and the communities they serve.

Chris Sweeney: Director of Social Care Practice, System C

Chris has spent his career working directly for the public sector, or in private companies that work with the public sector with the objective of making a real difference to people’s lives – from the development of colleagues, through staff working in the public sector, to members of the public that draw on services. He has a background in health and social care and has worked extensively with public sector organisations to help them achieve organisational change through process improvement and the use of technology. He is passionate about the use of innovation to help the public sector achieve more with less in a world of increasing demand on services.
