Swindon Borough Council has successfully gone live with Liquidlogic Children’s Social Care Case Management and Financing Platform, marking a major milestone in its digital transformation journey. This implementation builds on the Council’s existing use of our adult social care software and represents a decisive move away from legacy software systems. 

The deployment of Liquidlogic Children’s Case Management and Finance platforms will enable Swindon Borough Council to deliver more efficient, joined-up services for children and families. These solutions provide advanced case management and financial capabilities and a consolidated view of data across multiple systems, empowering social care teams to make better-informed decisions and improve outcomes for vulnerable children. 

Swindon Borough Council officially went live with Liquidlogic Adults’ Social Care and Finance platform systems in September 2023. This implementation was successfully achieved in a rapid nine-month timeframe, with the latest rollout of children’s social care services being a natural progression. 

As part of the transition, we worked closely with Swindon Borough Council and ICT Revolutions, who played a key role in migrating all social care data from legacy platforms. This collaborative approach ensured a smooth transition and safeguarded the integrity of critical information throughout the process.
