As part of a strategic partnership, Staffordshire Council will adopt System C’s social care platform, covering adult and children’s case management across the Staffordshire region. The implementation promises seamless integration with thousands of existing records, enhancing on-the-ground delivery and streamlining care management to vulnerable people across the county.

Liquidlogic Adults’ Case Management and Liquidlogic Children’s Case Management will drive greater efficiency and improve outcomes for frontline staff working with Staffordshire County Council. Both of System C’s purpose-built programmes are developed in collaboration with experienced practitioners, enabling effective case management and empowering social workers and care providers in delivering high-quality support across all areas of care.

The adoption of Liquidlogic marks a significant step forward in Staffordshire County Council’s commitment to innovation and service excellence. It reflects the Council’s vision of being an “innovative, ambitious, and sustainable county where everyone has the opportunity to prosper, be healthy and happy,” by equipping frontline teams with the tools they need to deliver more responsive, joined-up care.

Liquidlogic’s Adults Case Management will transform how care needs are assessed throughout Staffordshire. Martin Rogerson, Staffordshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Health and Care said “This investment in modernising our adult and social care systems reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality care to the most vulnerable people in Staffordshire. The new platform will enable our teams to work more collaboratively, reduce administrative burdens and ensure that residents receive the right support at the right time.”

Following the data migration of existing records, Liquidlogic Children’s Case Management is planned to go live in October 2026, followed by Liquidlogic’s Adults Case Management go live in March 2027.
