In 2024, we have had the privilege of sharing the stories of ten remarkable individuals, varying from clinicians, midwives, and social workers. Each entry within the series has brought unique outlooks and journeys and has taught us some valuable lessons along the way.

From Natalie to Charlotte, we have discovered that no two roles are alike. Each individual has their own experiences and narratives, which have enabled them to enrich the future of their professions.

As we reflect back on this year, let’s remind ourselves of what our shining stars want to achieve in 2025 and beyond.
