The System C & Graphnet Care Alliance is proud to announce that two innovative projects have been shortlisted for the prestigious HTN People and Partnership Awards 2020. These awards celebrate the transformative impact of technology on patients, healthcare professionals, organizations, and the wider health system.

Shortlisted for ‘Most Promising Solution’

The DETECT research study, a pioneering initiative in partnership with Alder Hey Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, The University of Liverpool, Edge Hill University, Lancaster University, and System C, has been recognised in the ‘Most Promising Solution’ category. The DETECT study uses CareFlow Vitals to identify early warning signs of deterioration in children’s health, aiming to reduce critical care transfers and improve patient outcomes. This ground-breaking research represents a significant advancement in paediatric care, providing healthcare teams with more timely, accurate data to make better-informed decisions, potentially saving lives.

Finalist for ‘Delivering for Front Line Staff’ Award

The St Helens Shared Care Record, powered by Graphnet Health, has also been named a finalist in the ‘Delivering for Front Line Staff’ category. The shared care record, part of the St Helens Cares partnership, facilitates multi-disciplinary teams in accessing a unified, real-time view of patient data. This single point-of-access solution empowers front-line staff with comprehensive and accurate information, helping them provide more coordinated care. The system enhances decision-making and drives efficiency by reducing duplication, improving communication, and saving valuable time – all of which significantly enhance the patient experience.

Making a Difference in Health & Care

Both projects reflect System C and Graphnet’s commitment to driving innovation in healthcare through technology. From enhancing paediatric care with advanced monitoring tools to empowering front-line healthcare teams with integrated data solutions, these initiatives exemplify how collaboration and technology are improving patient care, reducing operational inefficiencies, and supporting healthcare professionals.

We are thrilled to be recognised for our efforts in shaping the future of health and social care. We look forward to continuing our mission to deliver impactful, technology-driven solutions that make a real difference to patients, professionals, and the healthcare system as a whole.
