This March marked another successful National Offer Day process using Liquidlogic Education Case Management. For Secondary School admissions, 95% of all applications were submitted via our online portals, an increase of 33% compared with 2024. In addition, over 56,000 emails and 9,000 letters were issued in line with local policies for informing parents of their offers.
Performance continued to strengthen in April. On 16 April, over 96% of applications were submitted online, with four local authorities achieving digital submission rates of 98% or higher. More than 53,000 offer emails were issued on the day, with 17 local authorities completing all parent communications by 00:39 - averaging 23 emails per second. Alongside this, over 8,000 statutory letters were issued, fully aligned with local policies for notifying parents.
