CareFlow Ambient AI Consultations

It uses Ambient Voice Technology (AVT) to capture conversations between the clinician and patient, securely recording and transcribing the consultation. It does this by using Basic Ambient Listening to record and transcribe, replace dictation for letters and then translate the conversation. It then uses Deep Electronic Health Record Integration to complete the outcome forms that drive billing and follow-up, performing actions within the EPR for task creation and pathway initiation, as well as clinical coding and context enrichment.

By removing the manual, time-consuming elements and tasks for the clinician, it enables more time to be spent focusing on delivering patient care. It also enables higher-quality care and a better patient experience, as patients are able to access their health information promptly. This means patients can stay on track and get the most out of their appointments.
