Contact management
Many services, especially those delivering care in community settings, provide consultations in multiple locations, requiring specific functionality and features which are not found in well-established Outpatient modules.
The CareFlow contact management module allows referrals and contact appointments to be booked either in real-time or retrospectively. Associated attendance (outcome) information can then be added at the appropriate time. The module also includes quick links to clinical narrative, allowing clinical teams to digitise their assessment workflow. This combination provides an efficient, time-saving solution whilst reducing the need for duplicate data entry across a patient’s clinical and administrative record.
All of this functionality is delivered with the core features of CareFlow PAS; configurable worklists, right mouse button menu access for workflow support, customisable screen layout, and fully integrated within the patient’s homepage view.

As part of the deployment, CareFlow’s Contact Management functionality is being used to manage clinical workflows both within the hospital and in the community, including handling bookings, referrals, scheduling, assessments and outcomes as well as reporting.
