Our Clinical Digital Leads Network (CDLN) provides collaboration opportunity to support our digital lead nurses, Allied Health Professionals and midwives across the System C customer base in digitising and transforming the care process. The Network, a subset of the Clinical Engagement Group, offers a safe forum for individuals to seek advice, guidance and mentorship whilst providing a source of expertise, sharing good practice and celebrating success together. 

System C has partnered with the Florence Nightingale Foundation to provide a leadership development opportunity for early career Nurses, Midwives and Allied Health Professionals who are embarking on a career in Digital Healthcare Leadership and are members of this group.

This bespoke programme will enhance attendees ability to successfully influence within their role and ensure they can transfer their learnings to contexts which require them to exercise authority. This prepares participants for future leadership positions, offering them the opportunity to exhibit their knowledge and influence at a systems level.
