Clinical Engagement Group (CEG)

Our Clinical Engagement Group, formed with CCIOs, CNIOs, senior consultants and clinical leads, provide expert clinical opinion on all aspects of System C’s clinical systems development. The group influences and provides feedback on the current and future content. It also assesses and advises on the clinical safety and suitability of new and updated solutions.  The group provides leadership for the culture of change with regards to clinical processes involving System C solutions.

Clinical Digital Leads Network (CDLN)

Our Clinical Digital Leads Network (CDLN) provides collaboration opportunity to support our digital lead nurses, Allied Health Professionals and midwives across the System C customer base in digitising and transforming the care process. The Network, a subset of the Clinical Engagement Group, offers a safe forum for individuals to seek advice, guidance and mentorship whilst providing a source of expertise, sharing good practice and celebrating success together.

System C has partnered with the Florence Nightingale Foundation to develop a leadership programme to further support the members of the CDLN.

Clinical Safety Knowledge Sharing Forum

The purpose of this forum is to support CSOs across the System C customer base in their adherence to DCB0160 and offer advice and guidance. We identify and share knowledge in areas such as legislation and standards and help to provide each other with the tools we need to lead a safe adoption of the System C’s clinical solutions.

User Groups

All our users play a major role in the product development direction and roadmap. System C facilitates several specialist user groups which provide our customers with an opportunity for learning and sharing experiences. Future development is driven by user requirements and input from users is one of the biggest elements to this process.

Following are some of our strategic partners

System C & Graphnet Care Alliance is working with Microsoft on solutions that will use cloud technology and machine learning to further transform health and social care and enhance user experience. Cloud provides a secure, fullymobile environment and a more open framework for interoperability between systems. The adoption to a cloud and internet-first strategy means we are aligning our customers with the NHS’s agenda and helping with delivering the services patients and clinicians need and expect.

System C is working in partnership with Bluespier to provide an integrated Theatre Management solution. The software gives hospitals up to the minute information about where patients are on their surgical pathway and on current theatre usage. This, together with the ability for staff to capture and retrieve relevant clinical data, means that hospitals are able to optimise use of theatre facilities, reduce administration time and improve patient safety as well as the overall patient experience.

Mizaic

System C and Mizaic (formerly IMMJ Systems) partnership provides a fully integrated electronic document management solution to the CareFlow EPR users. Mizaic’s MediViewer EDM is created specifically for the UK healthcare sector to help facilitate a paperless NHS. Its primary goal is to enable hospitals to scan, index, retrieve and archive paper medical records and access them quickly through an intuitive user interface. CareFlow EPR and MediViewer EDM system is very tightly integrated, using intelligent software to achieve the most secure and efficient level of inter-operation possible.

Graphnet Transforming Care

System C works in partnership with Graphnet Health to provide a fully integrated shared care record and population health management system to the NHS and care services. This is achieved by linking information from multiple systems, integrating workflows between care settings, supporting multi-provider reporting and analysis and engaging patients to self-care. Known as the System C & Graphnet Care Alliance, this partnership is leading the way in creating an integrated care service.
