A wide range of System C & Graphnet Care Alliance’s strategic products and services have won a place on the new NHS England ‘one stop shop’ framework for STPs and Integrated Care Systems (ICSs).
The new Health Systems Support (HSS) framework covers large-scale, advanced record-sharing and population health management solutions and is designed to help STPs and ICSs achieve the integration and transformation identified in Five Year Forward View.
It includes: the digitisation of care and the transformation of the underpinning data infrastructure; tools to turn this data into meaningful and actionable insights using predictive analytical techniques; and technologies to help implement evidence-based preventative interventions so that clinicians and managers are able to use data and analytics to improve health and wellbeing for all.
NHS organisations will be able to use the framework to buy Graphnet’s CareCentric shared record software, its business intelligence and analytics tools, and the myCareCentric patient engagement solutions and Personal Health Record and CareFlow Connect care-co-ordination software.
Beverley Bryant, chief operating officer at the System C & Graphnet Care Alliance, said:
The scope of this framework is a reflection of the strategic technology needed to underpin the wholesale transformation required of the NHS, and we are really pleased that the Care Alliance is featured so strongly on it.
We are expecting this to be the go-to framework for NHS organisations looking to access some of the £487m technology funding recently announced by health and care secretary Matt Hancock.
