Dudley Council adopts integrated platform for team working
30th September 2020
Dudley Council has implemented the Liquidlogic Adults’ Social Care system (LAS) for over 800 users and will also soon be taking the Children’s system live to facilitate team working on one integrated platform.
Speaking about the decision, David Winter, Adults’ Project Manager at the council commented:
The need to work efficiently is crucial given the current demands placed on social care. The Liquidlogic product gives us an up to date web-based system that is quick and easy to use and report from, and that we can quickly tailor for our local processes. Now, we have a foundation of Liquidlogic in place, there are opportunities for the future to use the portals for our providers and citizens which will give us a platform for increased self-service.
Speaking about the go-live at Dudley Council, David Grigsby, Managing Director of Liquidlogic said:
We are really pleased that Dudley chose to modernise their IT with Liquidlogic and that together we have managed to take the system live in this pandemic period. Early responses from users has been very positive and we are looking forward to working with Dudley as they use our platform as a tool for achieving efficiencies and service improvements.
