Care Alliance Projects Nominated for Multiple Accolades at HTN Now Awards.

Four System C & Graphnet Care Alliance partnerships with health and social care organisations have been shortlisted in HTN’s Health Tech Now Awards.

The awards are part of HTN’s Now programme which is a series of events bringing together the health tech community to share, discuss and celebrate digital teams, programmes, innovations and suppliers that have made a difference to care and services.

NHS Coventry and Warwickshire CCG was shortlisted in the Excellence in Remote Monitoring category for its work with Docobo to roll out the company’s remote monitoring solution, DOC@HOME, to practices and care homes across the county, as well as at-home COPD patients who have been affected by Covid-19. The project is receiving excellent feedback and results and is demonstrating real impact in care homes and GP surgeries.

Graphnet made it onto the shortlist for two categories. Its involvement in the Greater Manchester Care Record stepping up to support the region’s Covid-19 response received a place in the Supporting Healthcare Teams' Response to Covid-19 category. Work has included a Covid Oximetry @Home platform, remote monitoring to support pregnancies, informing valuable Covid-related research and integration with the world’s first Covid-19 management app for care homes.

In connection with the Greater Manchester Care Record, Bolton Care Partnership is up for the Supporting ICS transformation award for working with Graphnet to adopt the Docman Share system within the care record, enabling all clinical letters to be viewable across the borough’s health and care settings.

Barking, Havering and Redbridge Trust and System C’s partnership to implement a care collaboration app secured a finalist place in the Health Tech Case Study of the Year category for identifying a life threatening infection within the first two days of going live.

Winners will be announced at a digital awards evening on Thursday 20 January.
