Child-centered social care solutions

Our Children’s Social Care Case Management system is designed to support all aspects of social work with children. Designed by practitioners, it manages case records for children in need, those under child protection plans, looked-after children, and care-experienced young people. The solution also facilitates the assessment and ongoing support of connected persons, foster carers, special guardians and adopters. Intuitive pathway maps ensure compliance with regulations, while the software fosters multi-agency collaboration through portals, Shared Care Records, and SingleView. Additionally, it can integrate with the Adults Social Care Case Management and Education Case Management systems, enhancing data security and efficiency.

Multi-agency collaboration

Our system supports multi-agency collaboration through portals that enable information sharing and collaboration with external agencies, children, parents, and carers. This ensures effective communication and coordination across organisational boundaries, enhancing the quality of care and support provided.

Pathway maps for compliance

Our system features user-friendly pathway maps that help social workers visualise the journey of a child or carer through statutory processes. This ensures regulatory compliance and supports efficient case management, making it easier for organisations to meet legal requirements and provide high-quality care.

Family working for efficiency

Family Working combines individual child records with the ease of single forms for siblings. Shared details are entered once, while unique needs are recorded separately. This system keeps individual records and provides a family view, improving efficiency and compliance. Multi-agency chronology and Single View support coordinated care and effective triaging.

Key Features of Childrens' Social Care Software

Multi Agency Collaboration

In-built Delegation functionality enables real-time multi-agency contributions to assessments and forms.  This feature allows Local Authorities to delegate sections of an assessment or form to different users or teams, enabling parallel input without compromising data integrity. It simplifies cross-team collaboration by ensuring secure, accurate, and direct contributions. Configurable privacy settings protect sensitive data, ensuring confidentiality while improving workflow efficiency and reducing reliance on paper or manual input.
The Delegation Portal can be used to extend these capabilities to external agencies outside of the Local Authority network, allowing external professionals to contribute directly to assessments and forms, without the need to access the wider Children's Social Care Case Management system.  These professionals will have access only to the specific form/questions they have been assigned to complete, including basic information about the child and Social Worker requesting their input.
