Regional event: Health & Social Care – Working in Tandem
6th October 2015, 9:45 to 14:00 at Lumley Castle Hotel, Chester Le Street, County Durham, DH3 4NX
The spotlight continues to fall on joining health and social care teams, with IT seen as a key enabler. Examples of integration do exist but are fragmented. Information governance is often cited as a major block, along with a general lack of awareness of the technology which is available to support new models of care. Yet integration can and is being achieved.
Join us at a FREE event that will showcase national integration success stories and will demonstrate how to join the sectors with relative ease. The event is aimed at both health and social care professionals.
The event will provide a number of real-life case studies, where health and social care organisations will present the challenges and benefits of their approach. It will demonstrate how systems from every health and social care supplier can be linked to support revised models of care across entire care communities.
It will also provide a great networking opportunity for organisations across the region to brainstorm ideas and strategies.
