Clinical Narrative helps Trusts to improve clinical workflows by providing the capability to create structured clinical assessments and collation of information at the point of care.  It utilises data from the wider CareFlow EPR products.  Content can be created for mobile, desktop and web.  The workflows trigger new actions, assessments and functions based on pre-configured rules.  It works as a clinical data index which ensures that coded clinical data items are centrally stored and accessible by System C products for the patient. Information is shared across a patient’s entire record.
