Nick is well known in the UK and Internationally and as a software CEO with extensive experience of growth, M&A, sales, operations and transformation, serving Health and Care and the wider Public Sector. Nick’s core focus is on delivery excellence and focus on improving customer and colleague satisfaction. He is a technically astute leader and an expert in delivering major programmes, transforming businesses and delivering sustainable growth. Nick was named as one of the top 25 SaaS CEOs in Europe in 2020 by The Software Report. Most recently, Nick was the CEO of Allocate Software, a global provider of workforce management solutions across health and care.
Nick lives with his wife Catherine and 2 sons, Ollie (15) and Tom (14) along with a small posse of sheep, chickens, bees, dogs and a cat (who thinks she is a dog). Nick is a big Rugby and Newcastle United fan and a keen traveller and back country skier.
Jon is a business-oriented CFO who has extensive experience in growing international software businesses both organically and through M&A. He's a qualified chartered accountant and since leaving the accounting practice has held several senior finance positions. Most recently Jon was the CFO of Allocate Software, a provider of workforce management solutions across health and care. Prior to that Jon was the CFO of BluJay Solutions, a provider of supply chain and logistics software solutions. At System C Jon is responsible for the full spectrum of CFO activities including finance, legal, corporate development and governance.
Guy is passionate about the power of digital enabled change to improve patient outcomes and workforce experience. He has an impressive background as a digital leader, with a proven track record for shaping and delivering some of the largest and most complex digital enabled transformation programmes in healthcare.
Guy was previously joint Digital Innovation Director for Health Innovation Manchester and Chief Digital Officer for the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership.
Prior to that, he spent much of his career as a Chief Technology Officer with global IT giant DXC Technology. Notably, he was the CTO for the company’s product portfolio that has led to significant digitisation of administration and electronic patient record systems across much of the NHS. He was also instrumental in developing DXC’s global healthcare cloud strategy.
As the Healthcare Managing Director Guy will lead System C’s healthcare division, and in particular will help customers achieve the higher levels of digitisation, HIMSS 5 and beyond, along with the new Minimum Digital Foundations (MDF) requirements.
Tania Ellery is a global HR leader who delivers long term organisation value through transforming the engagement between employees, leaders, and the company. As a creative HR practitioner, Tania strengthens organisational culture by enhancing operational performance, shaping talent capabilities and employee experience solutions.
Tania’s previous role was CHRO for Argus Media, a B2B Fintech, private equity-backed organisation with c1200 employees. As CHRO she built a global HR function, strengthened the existing HR offering and ensured the foundations were in place to enable the busines to become cohesive and successful.
Prior to joining Argus, Tania held Senior HR leadership roles in HSBC (Technology) and Credit Suisse (Investment Bank) both in London and in Hong Kong.
Tania is a single Mum to three young adults, and with what spare time Tania has she loves to workout, spend time in her garden and hike with her Bernese Mountain dog. And of course, as a New Zealander, she is a passionate about the All Blacks and Rugby Union.
Brian has a firm and passionate belief in the huge potential of technology for supporting a company’s customer needs and driving business growth. He also has an impressive leadership background, with more than 20 years' experience in the technology sector.
Before joining System C, Brian was CTO at Accelya, a mission-critical software business which runs systems for the airline industry. There, he led the transformation of the research and development (R&D) function, developing new solutions and re-platforming many of those on which the world’s air transportation industry depends.
Prior to Accelya, Brian spent ten years at Datalex, a market leader in digital commerce for travel retail, and before that, time at online service provider giant, AOL.
Brian is a big Munster rugby fan and spends most of his free time driving his 3 sons to various sporting activities.
Mark has worked across IT and the public sector for over 20 years, specialising in IT strategy and leadership, business development, transformational change, service excellence, innovation and growth.
Mark has previously held senior roles with Cantium Business Solutions, PwC, Capita, Capgemini and Thales, and has a proven track-record of delivering business growth, service optimisation, customer excellence and high performing people strategies.
He is an avid golfer and Manchester United fan and is married to Joanne with two children, Jack and Darcy, and dogs Albert and Connie.
Julie has extensive health and care product management experience spanning 20 years with a proven track record in product/programme delivery from inception to user adoption. Before joining System C, Julie was Product Director at health and care software provider, Servelec, now part of The Access Group. The group acquired Servelec to create an integrated health and social care offering and Julie was responsible for driving the social care product strategy.
Spanning nearly 25 years, Clare has a long history in business to business marketing, developing strategies to build brands and drive growth for software solutions.
Clare has held previous roles that focus on business to business software marketing, holding accountability for demand generation, customer marketing and partner marketing. Clare thrives on delivering results-driven integrated programmes with clear goals and outcomes, which has been recognised with several industry awards including Drum xxxx. Clare has successfully executed on brand strategy which includes the brand alignment of acquired businesses as part of the overall growth strategy. Clare has focused on the public sector during this time, specifically Health & Care and Local Government, building up domain knowledge to help serve these markets. A passionate marketeer, Clare recognises customer excellence as a critical part of the overall brand strategy.
Clare lives with her husband and two teenage boys and an equally energetic Labrador cross, Reggie. Clare enjoys live entertainment and loves attending concerts, live music festivals, food festivals (any kind of festival), and loves watching rugby internationals and very specifically the Ryder Cup. During the rugby season, Clare spends her time on the wet and cold rugby side lines watching her sons and hoping for injury free matches.
