Training is of particular importance with Trust-wide clinical patient-based systems, where several major modules are to be implemented and integrated either simultaneously or in quick succession, and where there is an element of change to be incorporated into the Trust's strategy starting with supporting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), through to Train-the-Trainer (TtT) and End User Training (EUT).

We can offer courses at System C's Training Academy, or we have a whole range of training courses designed to be delivered on Trust sites.  These can be tailored to meet local needs as required.  System C recommends that users need to be trained on a combination of system and operational issues and that it is essential that users are not trained on the system without understanding the operational implications of what they are doing.
