Support Services

System C runs a 24\7 helpdesk based across two locations in the North and South of England. The Support Team has a wide variety of experience in supporting Clinical applications across multiple platforms and is also responsible for hardware support and third party contract management.

The majority of helpdesk staff come from an NHS background and therefore have an appreciation of working and supporting I.T within the healthcare sector. 

System C's helpdesk support team has worked with NHS local service providers as part of the Connecting for Health programme in an advisory\consultancy capacity.
