System C Healthcare has a team of about 50 programme and project managers who are very experienced in implementing healthcare IT projects of every type.

System C has provided programme and project management services to LSP's and the NHS on projects ranging from PACS and specialist departmental clinical systems to trust-wide ICT and PAS Departmentals (e.g. Maternity/Theatres and Orders and Results)

Our people offer a broad knowledge of and responsibility for delivery of healthcare IT solutions. They are healthcare domain experts accustomed to managing and organising the detailed work required to ensure a successful implementation. They communicate and organise effectively at all levels within the clinical, clerical and senior management layers of the NHS. Experienced in the use of industry-wide techniques such as PRINCE 2, our project managers are able to plan reliably and apply realistic expectations to the complex processes involved.

Depending upon the requirements of the programme or project, System C can provide project management staff either to take direct lead responsibility for the project, or to act in an advisory capacity to work alongside an existing project team in order to provide additional healthcare domain expertise.

System C project managers have at their disposal a full deployment toolkit. This package of project and implementation support tools includes planning templates, implementation and product how-to guides, direct access to subject-matter experts in the complex areas of data management, data migration and interfacing, etc., all directed at the successful implementation of complex IT projects.
