System C's implementation specialists are on-the-ground domain experts who work with end users to configure, localise, implement and support healthcare software applications.  They are hands-on product specialists who are able to test, train, hand-hold, support and implement systems.  We only recruit people who have worked in (or with) the NHS for many years. This gives them an empathy with local staff and a crucial "operational understanding" of the impact of new IT systems on staff and working processes.
