Perigon works in partnership with its clients to develop an appropriate pricing method for each programme of work.  Projects are generally undertaken as either a fixed fee contract for an agreed schedule of work, a time and materials contract with pre-agreed estimates of the blend of skills and seniority of consultant required to meet the planned objectives, or a combination of both approaches.

The Perigon philosophy is based on true partnership working and skills transfer.  As a result we are keen to accept client staff into our delivery teams.  This has the joint benefits of reducing overall project costs and also enabling our clients to re-use skills and experience on future programmes of work.

On more substantial contracts, Perigon would expect to put a proportion of fees at risk against the achievement of outcomes and overall performance of our teams.
