The Company announces that, pursuant to the System
C Healthcare plc Company Share Option Plan
("CSOP") referred to in the admission document of the
Company dated 28th June 2005, the following directors of the
Company were granted options yesterday over System
C Healthcare plc ordinary shares of 1p each as detailed
below:
