Directorate Change
We are delighted to the appointment of Dr John Forrest as Senior
Independent Director at System C Healthcare Ltd. John joined System
C as a Non Executive Director in February 2005. He graduated with
an MA from Cambridge University and a DPhil from Oxford University.
In 1984 he joined Marconi Defence Systems as Technical Director and
later became Director of Engineering at the Independent
Broadcasting Authority. He led the privatisation to create the
communications company NTL, becoming its first Chief Executive. In
1996 he joined the venture capital company, 3i plc, and served on
the board and its associated committees until 2004. John is
Chairman of Mediwatch plc and Pro-Chancellor of the University of
Surrey.
