Andrewjoined
SystemC in February 2006
as Finance Director. Prior to this Andrew was
Chief Operating Officer of the Education Division at Enterprise
plc, a provider of outsourced management services to local
education authorities and schools, where he was responsible for all
financial, commercial and legal matters for the Education division.
Andrew has also held senior finance and commercial roles with
Jarvis plc, Cable and Wireless and PriceWaterhouseCoopers and led on a number of major
commercial and M&A projects in the UK and overseas.
Andrew qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1996, having previously
gained his BSc in Management Sciences,
from Warwick University in1991. Andrew is a keen Harlequins
fan, enjoys travelling and is married with a 3 year old son.
