Portals

The personalisation agenda sets out to make adult social care more inclusive and self-directed.  Clients need to be able to access information about themselves and about services in order to improve choice and control.

Liquidlogic has developed a number of portals which provide a shared interface for clients, carers, and care professionals. They act as a central repository for support and care information and provide clients with a degree of access to the client's own record.
