Integrated Adults’ System (IAS)

The PROTOCOL Integrated Adults' System (IAS) has been developed to meet the changing requirements of adult social care, the move towards an integrated adult assessment framework and the growing emphasis on personalisation, prevention and safeguarding.

Liquidlogic's  Integrated Adults' System allows a social work practitioner to electronically record client information, carry out assessments to determine any unmet needs, and put together support plans.

The system integrates complex financial information.  As well as recording the results of an assessment and the services provided or commissioned to address identified needs, the software also records the cost of those services and the impact on budgets.

Features of PROTOCOL IAS include the use of individual, manager, workgroup and budget worktrays to manage caseloads.  A calendar displayed within a care plan records all services and interventions which have been agreed. This can be printed and passed to the service user.
