Project and Programme Management

System C has dozens of experienced programme and project managers who can work on every size of project from multiple concurrent EPR deployments to the installation of a simple departmental system.

Our PMs are very hands on, often with direct experience of working in patient care as well in deploying healthcare IT systems.  The PMs will work on all aspects of the project from the preparation of project briefs, initiation documents and plans,  through to the management of risk and issues logs, chairing project and user meetings and of course dealing with the myriad of issues large and small that are inevitable in every project.
