Configuration and Localisation

System C have considerable experience in working both with solution vendor and LSPs and alongside Trust Project Teams to ensure that the central and local configuration for each organisation is specified and built as accurately and completely as possible.  It is fundamental that stakeholders from all functional areas are included in the process of defining configuration to ensure that the solution is correctly configured for the organisation. The appropriate selection of key staff to assist with this phase of a project is vital.

System C specialists will ensure that:

  • Key stakeholders fully understand the solution
  • The potential for business change, benefit realisation and service improvements are identified and understood
  • Future state process are clearly defined and agreed
  • Specific configuration decisions are made, via appropriate engagement.
  • All required configuration is defined and documented in the necessary format.

Our Design & Build approach begins by identifying those configuration items, within a solution, that are fixed and those that need to be defined to meet local requirements. Our Specialists then support local teams in reviewing current state processes, designing state future processes and developing the plan for implementing the any process change.  Throughout the Design and Build phase of any project our Specialists also work with local teams to collect the required configuration, apply it to the solution and prepare for testing and training.
