Medway Clinical Record

Medway Clinical Record is the cornerstone of our clinical suite of applications. It is the base platform for our set of fully-developed clinically rich modules. 

Features:

• A browsable patient record with views of clinical information such as problems, diagnoses and medication.
• Views are organised into topic pages (e.g. a clinical synopsis) and can be adapted to support detailed specialty records and multidisciplinary team working.
• A wide range of time line charts and graphs support acute clinical care e.g. anaesthetic charts, fluid balance, observations and MEWS scoring etc.
• Patient documentation such as assessment summaries, discharge documents and GP letters are produced automatically.
• A base data dictionary is included to ensure data integrity and consistency across the solution.

A Trust can build on the base Medway Clinical Record by adding from our range of specialist clinical modules or build additional functionality using our Clinical Toolkit solution.  This gives users the flexibility to grow their clinical patient records by building additional functionality and allows the system to develop according to user requirements.

Medway Clinical Record can be interfaced to a host of other Trust systems such as PAS, PACS and Results, as well as to monitoring equipment such as CTG devices. The resulting clinical record has been designed to be shared by clinicians to support patient care across specialties and teams.
