Jim Horsburgh

Jim Horsburgh - Non-Executive Chairman

Jim has been with the company since 2000.

He was previously Senior Vice President of Visio Corporation which was listed on NASDAQ and he played a key role in its sale to Microsoft for approximately $1.5 billion in 2000. Prior to joining Visio, Jim was Managing Director at the European start up Central Point Software, which was sold to Symantec in 1993. Before that he was responsible for International Marketing and Business Development at Lotus Development.

Jim is responsible for leading the Board and ensuring its effectiveness.
