Investors in People

System C is accredited under the Investors in People scheme, providing external recognition for our commitment to training and development.

IiP accreditation was successfully renewed in 2010, when our IiP assessor highlighted 15 areas of strength and good practice. These included communications; the genuine care of managers for the people; good support networks; the sharing of knowledge and experience; and the fact that people are friendly, approachable, professional and happy in their work. 

IiP also highlighted a number of staff benefits that "make the company stand streets ahead of so many other organisations".  

Our assessor concluded his assessment: "It has been such a pleasure to talk to people who are so dedicated to their work, extremely loyal to the organisation, willing to pass on their knowledge and experience, and are so supportive of each other. It must be wonderful to be employed by System C and I wholeheartedly congratulate the top people who have created such an environment and all of you for keeping this environment alive."
